Cleaning Tanks for Hazardous Liquids

Rinse tanks and dip tanks are essential when it comes to cleaning and degreasing various parts and components. And depending on the size of the pieces you are dealing with or the volume, you can use larger, stationary rinse tanks or smaller portable dip tanks.

Rinse tanks are generously sized. This allows you to immerse large parts totally. Heavy-duty steel construction is seamlessly finished in a sturdy powder coat paint finish that offers superior durability as well as chemical resistance.

We offer various tanks from Justrite Manufacturing, including rinse tanks, parts wash tanks, dip tanks, and mixing tanks to meet all your needs.

Rinse tanks offer you hands-free opening through a foot-operated treadle. You also get an adjustable-rate pneumatic cylinder to prevent the cover from slamming shut whenever you release the treadle. Dip tanks are portable. This is why you can easily move them to accommodate varying production requirements.

Cleaning tanks come with manually operated covers. These covers stay open for convenient and easy access and have a fusible link, which on exposure to temperatures above 165° F, will quickly melt and cause the cover to slam shut if there is a fire.

Mixing tanks provide you with a safe and secure method for combining more than one chemical. They feature a fully removable lid that clamps securely shut with a gasket that seals tightly to prevent flammable vapors from escaping. You can padlock the lids for added security.

Wash Tanks are specifically designed to make cleaning small parts easier with the incorporation of a parts basket, where when finished with, is positioned at the top of the tank to allow solvent to drain away safely.

We offer dip and rinse tanks in both litre and gallon capacity sizes that range from 4 L to 83 L and 1 GAL to 22 GAL. These sizes accommodate a wide range of parts and assemblies, and are suitable for most projects. Larger rinse tanks come with drain plugs for easy solvent changes.
