The AVCHECKER^TM AV02 air velocity checker is the ideal device for annual testing to ensure that the duct detector will sample the air velocity as required by NFPA 72, and according to manufacturer’s instructions. The AV Checker measures airflow volumes up to 2.5 million cfm and comes with the meter, telescopic probe, USB cable, PC interface software, AC adapter and hard case.

Features include: Easy to use Digital thermometer function IR thermometer for measuring ambient temp in the ducts. Also suitable for measuring battery temperatures during battery testing requirements (NFPA 72 – 2022). Meets CAN/ULC S536-04,5.7.4.4.1 Data logging capacity: 20,000 data points via USB interface
